One Taylor Way, LLC is a privately held limited liability company started by Tamara Taylor in 1999. Due to the tremendous economic growth in Arizona, most notably in small business start-ups, she saw a need for outsourced accounting services that specializes in small to medium-sized businesses. Typically, start-up companies involve 1 to 3 people and they spend 95% of their time promoting their business. This 'path to success' is not necessarily wrong - but it does leave the business without accurate financial reporting, which is the 'key to success'. For every business, large or small, Accounting is a vital function. Tamara has 20 years of experience in the fields of accounting, bookkeeping, financial consulting and software training.
